A cohort coaching experience with 1:1 coaching to integrate change with the support of a collective of 12 women seeking sustainable leadership through change.
Why a cohort
There is power in a collective. You realize you are not alone. You share ideas and experiences with others and get their support as you give it.
The cadence
There are three phases, each four months. You begin with the ELI Assessment, and if you complete all three phases, you end with it too to measure how you have shifted and understand its impact.
The next cohort
The next Energize Leadership Collective starts November 13, 2026. Seats are limited so the group stays small.
